Redemption 10

I am a photographer, and I am a metalworker. This work is a conversation between my photography and my metalwork.

There is an inherent beauty in objects that have been discarded after fulfilling their intended purpose. This is perhaps even more so in objects made of metal, showing the marks of use, and marks accumulated once discarded, as well as the patina and textures of the natural process of degrading metal. The intention is to present found metalwork objects as heroes.

This series is particularly suited to printing on canvas.
